Cancellation Policy
The following outlines the cancellation policy for creative coaching sessions, Art Therapy appointments, classes and workshops. Please take the time to review this policy prior to booking an appointment, class or workshop and understand that I need to enforce this policy should you cancel your appointment without providing the required notice as outlined below
I request that you contact me via phone should you need to cancel or reschedule 0403 270 196. Please do not send me a text message via mobile phone to reschedule or cancel
Notice Required
One on One Creative Coaching Sessions / Art Therapy Appointments
One on One Creative Coaching Sessions / Art Therapy Appointments cancelled and not rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged at 80% of the appointment fee
One on One Creative Coaching Sessions / Art Therapy Appointments rescheduled and then cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee
Classes and Workshops
Classes and Workshops cancelled less than one week prior to the workshop will forfeit the nominated deposit paid for the workshop
Whilst I understand there are times when you may not be able to give the required notice I request that in those situations you contact me as soon as you are aware you may need to reschedule or cancel so that I can work with you where possible to assist with that process
